1. Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the international standard for accessible websites, and we test new pages at small laptop and phone sizes before they go live. We don't claim full conformance yet; known gaps are listed in section 4.
2. Accessibility tools on the site
Use the Accessibility button in the header (the person icon on phones). Your choices are saved on your device.
- Text size in four steps, without breaking the layout.
- Stronger contrast: darker text and clearer edges.
- Underline links, so every link stands out.
- Easy-read font: a plain, wide typeface in place of our display font.
- More spacing between lines and words.
- Pause motion: stops the home-page videos, slide shows and animations. We also follow your device's "reduce motion" setting.
The language menu (the globe icon) translates the whole site into more than 30 languages with Google Translate.
3. How the site is built
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks and labels, so screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack) can find their way around.
- Forms have visible labels and clear error messages, and none of them uses a puzzle-type CAPTCHA.
- Menus, panels and forms work with a keyboard, and the focused item is outlined.
- Images that carry information have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- The site works when zoomed to 200% and on screens from 320 pixels wide.
4. Known limitations
- The background videos on the home page have no sound or captions; they carry no information that isn't also in the text, and "Pause motion" stops them.
- Interactive maps can be hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader. Every map has the same route written out as a list of places.
- Automatic translations can be imperfect, and some PDF itineraries may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us for any document in an accessible format.
- Content provided by others, such as WhatsApp and Google Translate, is outside our control.
5. Other ways to reach us
You never have to use the website to plan or book. You can call, WhatsApp or email us, and we can send information in large print, plain text or another format that suits you.

6. Report a problem
If something on the site doesn't work for you, tell us the page and what happened. We reply within two working days and aim to fix it, or give you the information another way, as soon as possible.
7. Accessible safaris
Many safaris can be adapted for travellers with limited mobility, visual or hearing impairments, or other needs: shorter drives, fly-in routes, accessible rooms and vehicles, and guides who know how to help. Tell us what you need when you enquire and we will be honest about what each place can and cannot offer. Our Booking Terms explain how we handle special requirements.
